Refunds and Exchanges
It is our wish to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your purchase from Mad About Nature. However if you receive an item that you are unhappy with, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund provided that you have not removed it or used it or broken any seals or packaging, in which it was delivered, excluding postal packaging. Once we have received your returned goods, any sum debited to Mad About Nature from your Debit/Credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible, and in any event within 30 days of your order. This is subject to the proviso that the goods in question were returned by you and received by Mad About Nature in the equivalent condition to when they were delivered to you. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the product or products to us for an exchange or refund. Simply post the item you wish to return together with your advice note including your name, address, product details, and your reason for return. Please state whether you require a refund or exchange. Please contact us by telephone or email for the return address (madaboutnature@hotmail.co.uk or tel : 0796 8661103). If a refund or exchange is required then the items should be returned to us in their original packaging along with your despatch note. Please note that all parcels must be sent back using recorded delivery. Mad About Nature will pay the postage for any items returned that are proven to be faulty. Customers that return items that are no longer wanted must pay the return postage. Mad About Nature reserves the rights to refuse a refund if the goods returned are believed to have been damaged, or tampered with. Shipping Methods UK delivery is via second class mail, parcel post or courier depending on weight. Please allow up to 7 working days for product delivery.
